Many of us are happy to see the back side of 2020. Unfortunately just changing the year will not make our problems go away, but it does imply a fresh start.
For me, I started the year by completing a painting I am proud to sign my name to. 'Waiting For His Friend' speaks of the devotion that dogs can have for their owners. They wait patiently for us to return home from work or shopping and greet us with love each and every time they see us. If only humans would treat each other this way!
Let us hope that this year, common sense will prevail, leaders will lead and people will help one another get back on track. Sometimes the harshest lessons are the ones best learned. Happy New Year everyone!
